This is a great facial mask and so cheap to make! (The "cook" time is the actual time to leave it on your face). A friend passed this on to me a few years ago, but I'm not sure where she got it from.

Ingredients Nutrition

Directions

  1. Add one teaspoon dried milk to 1/4 cup of warm boiled water.
  2. Add one teaspoon honey and mix well.
  3. Rub mixture all over face and neck and leave on for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove with warm water.

Sorry I have to rate this so low, but I really think your proportions are way off. I went ahead and made the recipe as stated, but it was just so watery that there was no way you could even consider it a mask. Maybe with 1/4 TEASPOON water? Anyway, what I ended up doing was putting some milk powder in a dish and adding enough of the liquid to make a mask-like consistancy. It did make my skin feel nice and tight and soft, although I did feel it was a tad drying (of course, my skin is fairly dry to begin with). But, the proportions are definitely incorrect, IMO. Plus, 1/4 cup of a mask for 1 application that just covers your face and neck? It's just too much water. Sorry.
