- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 22 1⁄2 ounces non-fat powdered milk
- 22 1⁄2 ounces sugar
- 2 pinches saffron
- fold and mix together, in a glass container. Microvave till light brown, and keep mixing every minute. After it gets some color stop mixing and microvave it until it sets.
