- Boil milk till it reduces into quarter litre.
- Soak almond for about an hour, peel off and grind them into fine paste.
- Add sugar, semolina and almond paste into milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Now add ghee and switch of the stove.
- Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides rolls into a ball.
- Pat this mixture in a plate cut it into desired shapes.
