  • Combine mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, artichoke, garlic, cream cheese and thawed spinach in a oven proof dish.
  • Bake in 325 oven for 20 minutes.

  1. I've made a few variations of a hot spinach artichoke dip & this is the best thus far :). I made couple tweaks - used herb & garlic cream cheese (vs plain), used an italian cheese mix I had on hand (instead of the mozzarella + parmesan), used a little more cheese & a little more mayo than called for in the recipe. And I baked it for longer (~30 mins) & higher temperature (~400).
     
  2. I have made this recipe many times and it is always a big hit. People ask for it at potlucks.
     
  3. I made this dip for a thanksgiving appetizer and it is really good. I might add more mozzarella though, to make it stringier. But the taste was right on.
