An easy shrimp and pasta recipe for dinner.
- 1⁄2 lb shrimp
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 1⁄2 ounces tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano, undrained
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- hot cooked fettuccine pasta
- Sauté shrimp and garlic in olive oil until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Blend in cream and green onions, heat through.
- DO NOT boil.
- Serve over hot cooked pasta.
