  • Spoon the softened ice cream into a punch bowl; stir with a spoon until the ice cream is smooth.
  • Pour the brand and Kahlua over the ice cream. Stir gently, just until blended. (Do not overstir, or it will be too foamy.) Sprinkle with nutmeg.

I did scale this down dramatically, by making a 1/2 a quart.. by using 1/8 bottle of brandy, and an 1/8 bottle of Kahula.. that was donated by one of my neighbors, in exchange for a couple of drinks. I also used a 1/3 gallon of vanilla ice cream. The nutmeg, I gradually pinched in to the desired taste, but did use very little,
     
  2. This is a delicious treat, the Kahlua and brandy are very complimentary to the vanilla. I will enjoy this just as much on the 4th of July as Christmas! Made for Spring photo tag.
