Salad Ingredients
- 946.36 ml wakame seaweed, cut, soaked for 10 minutes and then rinsed and drained
- 473.18 ml julienned cucumbers
- 14.79 ml gomashio, for garnishing

Dressing Ingredients
- 44.37 ml wheat-free tamari
- 59.16 ml brown rice vinegar
- 29.58 ml cold pressed sesame oil
- 19.71 ml fresh lemon juice
- 9.85 ml freshly minced ginger
- 14.78 ml agave nectar
directions
- Mix together the seaweed and cucumber in a large bowl.
- To make the dressing throw all the ingredients in a blender and pulse a few times until well combined. Or just gently beat with a whisk or fork.
- Toss the dressing through the salad and garnish with some gomasio or plain sesame seeds.
