This came from the little "recipe book" attached to my bottle of Midori. This makes a pitcher of neon-chartreuse-colored cocktails, about six tall drinks on ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, but I do always add a tropical paper parasol! And don't tell anyone, but my fiance likes to add an extra shot of Malibu to his glass; and I like an extra shot of Midori.
- 1 cup Midori melon liqueur
- 1 cup malibu coconut rum
- 4 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice
- Combine together in a pitcher.
- Serve in a tall glass, over ice, with pineapple wedge (and a tropical paper parasol!).
Good drink; really sweet! Scaled down to one serving.

These were quite good, although it was a bit to 'syrupy' for my tastes. The card that came with my midori had this same recipe, but with light cream added. So I tried this and it was much nicer. I am throwing my best friend's Hens Night soon, and these will be on the drinks menu!
