  • 1 (22 ounce) can beef gravy
  • 1 (2 lb) package deli roast beef (sliced)
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 (16 ounce) container Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese

directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray 13" by 9" pan or baking dish with Cooking Spray.
  • Cook Simply Potatoes in Microwave as directed on package.
  • Cook Frozen Vegetables in microwave at half of time on package.
  • Cut Roast Beef into 1" squares.
  • Mix Beef with Gravy,& season to your taste.(I like Montreal Steak Seasoning).
  • Spread Roast beef mixture evenly in Baking dish or pan.
  • Spread Vegetables evenly on Beef Mixture.
  • Spread Simply Potatoes on Vegetables.
  • Cover with Aluminum Foil.
  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil.
  • Sprinkle Cheese on potatoes (as much as you like).
  • Bake uncovered for 5 minutes,(or until Cheese is melted,& starting to brow.
  • Serve with Bicuits.
