This is a very nice oatmeal. I used vanilla almond milk and increased the cinnamon and cardamom. Also I barely could taste the tahini - maybe it's my tahini? I actually increased the amount of tahini to 1 1/2 tablespoons to have real taste of it. With this changes I'll definitely make it again because I love tahini :) Thanks for sharing!

Delightful breakfast dish! I used 1/2 cup of organic vanilla soy milk and I pre-soaked the dates in hot water for a few minutes. This is quick, but not something I could do before work in the early morning hours (note to self!). Thanks, the80srule! Made for Veggie Recipe Swap.
Seriously tasty! I used old fashioned oats, regular milk, stevia to sweeten, raisins instead of dates, and left out the cardamom due to personal preference. I also added about two teaspoons of ground flaxseed. I never would have thought of using my trusty tahini in oatmeal, but it makes it that much more filling. Thanks for the idea!
