      This recipe is great! I didn't have any mint on hand, but it tasted great anyway. It's easy to throw together and works wonderfully as a summer dish.

      This is excellent. I left out the olive oil and used the rest of the ingredients. Wonderful salad. I love kidney beans and this will be a regular with me. Thanks!
