I found this recipe on a sour cream carton,
- 200 ml sour cream
- 400 g chickpeas, drained
- 2 teaspoons middle eastern seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- Place ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth.
- Sprinkle with a little extra seasoning and serve with pita bread chips, warm bread, or as an accompaniment to BBQ kebabs, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
