This is going in my tried and true recipes. I made it for a BBQ... marinated both chicken and vegetables separately.... everyone loved it. My vegetarian sister was especially grateful. :)

Great stuff! Love the sweet/salty flavors of the soy and honey! Only thing I did different was to put the veggies and the chicken on seperate skewers--that way each can cook for the perfect doneness! I'm thinking we'll try this with pork next! thanx for posting!

So, so, soooooo good!! We loved them! I followed the recipe, as is - cayenne and all - and it was perfect. Marinated for 4 hrs. I wouldn't change a thing. My 1.5 year old couldn't get enough of the chicken!

These kebabs are packed with flavour. I cut the cayenne pepper back by 1/2 and let the chicken marinate 8 hours. They had just a hint of hotness to them which was fine because we had kids eating along. I added mushrooms, onion and red pepper to the kebabs and grilled them on the BBQ. Thanks for a great dinner. Made for 1-2-3- Tag.

Excellent Kebabs! These would be too spicy for kids, but all the adults loved them. I marinated for over 8 hours, I thought I'd make them for lunch. But we had a rainstorm and I put it off until dinner. I think that was why they were a little spicy....I love hot, and I think they were hot because they marinated so long. I liked them that way, but for "normal" people or kids, it would be way too hot (soaking for 8 hours). I think as posted, it would be fabulous for everyone. I loved it after marinating for 8 hours. Thanks for posting.

Oh Bellinda, this is very good. I have actually made these twice now. I did cut back on the cayenne pepper, so that the kids would be able to eat it. Served with rice for a side dish. I have a feeling these will be served often at our house! Thanks for sharing.
