WOW if you want flavors dancing taste this recipe. The only thing I changed was adding a small dice carrot with the onion. I used a mixture of spicy brown and honey mustard with a touch of the molasses before adding cheese to melt on top. Moist and wonderful.

Excellent! Big surprise, much more flavorfull than expected. Had to sub ground turkey for chicken because that all local store carries. Tasted great, but strongly recommend you include the "fixins" that are listed (tomato, cuccumber, onion) because IMO they really balance out and perfect the flavor.

I liked it. It tasted better than the chicken burgers I usually make.

Very different type of burger. My husband loved them. I enjoyed the combination of spices with molasses. It almost tasted like teriyaki.

The flavours of this chicken burger is outstanding and the aroma around the house is wonderful. We all enjoyed these burgers, I followed the recipe as is but because I had a few more people waiting for dinner I forgot to add the treacle/molasses. Without the treacle/molasses the burgers were still amazing. Thank you Sharon123

Just loved these burgers and they have convinced me to consider ground chicken more often. The flavors were so nicely balanced and assertive without being overpowering. I accidently omitted the oilbut still found the burger tender and moist --guessing that was the result of the yogurt. Next time I will use to prepare my GF grill as there was a bit of sticking. I could not decide whether to use molasses or mustard and made a sauce using equal amounts of each added after cooking as a sandwich topping.

I knew this was a winner when the kids saw me brushing on molasses & got EXCITED!!! The flavors were fabulous. I used 1lb. of ground chicken made into 3 big burgers (for 3 people) - I wish I had doubled the recipe. I'm passing this on to my mom who only eats poultry burgers. Thanks for posting!
