For a microwave bread, pretty darn good. My oven is broken but it's a snow day and I need to bake! I found a bag of frozen zuch. from my garden in the freezer and used it for this. Instead of nuts I added some mini chocolate chips. This makes for a dense sort of spongy bread, but as far as microwave breads go it is one of the best. I cooked it in 2 glass bread pans for 7-8 minutes each loaf. Thanks for posting.
