    • 1 vidalia onion
    • 2 -3 tablespoons butter

    Directions:

      "Quarter" the onion by making an "X" cut - but do not slice all the way through. (Bottoms will still be attached.)

      Place slivers of butter between the slices.

      Microwave on high 3-5 minutes.
