Great recipe! Tasted as good as any store-bought one even leaving out the butter (personal preference). Plus there are no artificial ingredients here. This is definitely a keeper and the only way I make stuffing from now on. Thanks for posting.

This was very good! My sister sauteed the veggies first including minced garlic. Plan on adding more liquid; it took way more liquid than called for in the recipe. She made a half batch and used 4 cups of liquid to 4 cups of bread crumbs. We all thought it could have used more liqiud. She also did not add salt since she was making it for our Mom who is on a reduced sodium diet. She used 4 cups of water along with a McCormicks gluten free turkey gravy packet. They are lower sodium. We couldn't find no sodium turkey broth.
