Love it! Made with whole grain Instant Rice and ate with my Horseradish Beef (Crock Pot). I didn't have chiles (and thought it would be too spicy for my taste) so used mushrooms. The result was creamy, cheesy, delicious.

Loved it!!!! So easy! I used beef broth, cuz that's what I had on hand, but I just know I'll love the chicken broth even more!!!!

this turned out great!! i loved it! this is a sure-fire keeper! i'm always looking for new types of spanish rice and this is unique! will make again and again!

FABULOUS and super easy!!!! The whole family loved this - we will definitely make this again and again for a quick delicious alternative to spanish rice! I loved the ease of preparation, I was making quite a few other things and this was SO simple to do, the flavors worked great together and complimented the spicy dish I made, not overpowering at all. Creamy, cheesy, YUM!! Thanks for a definite KEEPER, Lazyme!!
