So easy and was great with Good for You Multi-Grain Pancakes and sausage. Will make them like this all the time. Mine were done to perfection at 1 min.people found this review Helpful. What a great recipe FattyFat. It's perfect for when you want to make poached eggs in a hurry, or in my case poached eggs for one. They turned out beautiful, soft, tender and runny just the way I like them. It was so quick and easy to make them this way, that I doubt if I will ever use my huge poaching pan again. They were wonderful served on toasted poppy seed bagels with your Patacones (Fried Green Plantains) - Panamá on the side. What a wonderful brunch I had. Thank you so much for sharing, a recipe that will be enjoyed by my dh & myself, over and over again. Made for Fall PAC 2012.people found this review Helpful. Took me a couple of tries to get this just right, but it was quick and easy. It will depend a lot on the power of the microwave & just how done you like your yolks. Thanks so much for posting!! I will use this often!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. How quick is this - my egg was cooked before my toast was cooked. Now I wasn't sure if the water was supposed to be hot or room temperature so went with hot out of the kettle and set 900w microwave for 1 minutes and there was a pop at 55 seconds and I thought maybe the egg had burst but no it was cooked firm so would definately cook them this way for the DM and the DH who like their poached eggs well done but for me I would either cook them for a shorter time or use room temperature water but will certainly be trying again to get that runny silky yolk YUMMM. thank you FattyFat, made for All You Can Cook Buffet.people found this review Helpful.
