Filling Low Carb breakfast. It's sweet, but not too sweet.
- 1⁄2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 (1 g) package Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 cap maple flavoring
- Mix all ingredients except for cream, and cook mixture in microwave for 3 minutes.
- Add cream.
I added some splenda brown sugar, vanilla, 1 T flax seed meal, and some sugar free syrup. I also did not use any cream. Very good, different texture than oatmeal but it is nice to have instead of having eggs everyday. I stopped it every minute to stir. WOULD DEF RECOMMEND
