- 1⁄3 cup meat drippings or 1⁄3 cup poultry dripping
- 2 cups broth, warm or 2 cups water
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted
- salt & pepper
- Combine drippings and flour in 4 cup glass measure. Stir in broth. Season to taste.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened.
