- 2 ounces mezcal
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
- 3 -4 ounces chilled ginger beer
- Add the mezcal, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously; strain into an ice-filled highball glass; top with the ginger beer.
