This recipe came from my aunt and it has been a favorite with all of my friends! I love it because it's so easy. I bet you can't eat just one!

I have a recipe very similar to this one, but it doesn't call for so much cheese. A cup of mayo, a cup of whatever cheese blend you like, a half cup of grated parmesan, and a quarter cup of chilies mixed in with the drained Mexicorn. I'm certain, however, that my recipe isn't much easier on the waistline! My gang eats it with Frito's, as well. I will try some of your variations, though. Taking this dish anywhere is a sure-fire way of getting accosted with recipe requests.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can mexicorn
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 3 -4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Fritos corn chips
