I used chopped green chilies, queso blanco, and salsa, topped with a few hot pickled pepper slices - yum! Made for ZWT5.

Great way to serve up eggs. I used a couple premade tostada shells I had and some black bean salsa. Thanks Sue, you Saucy Senorita!

This was a great breakfast! I used jalapenos and pepper jack cheese to get a nice little kick. The taste was great. Thanks for the recipe for the lovely breakfast treat.

This is the first time I've used adobo seasoning - well worth the trip to the grocery store this morning! What a nice flavor. Thanks! DH says 'This is a keeper', so it MUST be good.

Wonderful!! For our low carb lifestyle we didn't use tortillas.. a good change of pace from a boring breaksfast.. Thank you..Oh, used the Texas Red Enchilada Sauce from 42094.

Sue, these are wonderful! I used egg substitute for the eggs and my homemade salsa (Jalapeno Salsa #38442 by Dancer^). Also, I used blue corn tortillas and added diced Canadian Bacon to the eggs. DH and I loved them. Thanks so much.
