      Make large balls of vanilla ice cream.

      Roll in rice krispies.

      Let sit in freezer until very hard.

      Mix cinnamon in honey.

      Pour over ice cream balls.

      This is soooooo good and so incredibly easy to make! I've made these in advance tonight to serve for dessert to some friends' tomorrow. This is so delicious. I love the idea of honey and cinnamon over this. A very nice burst of flavours! I made 10 vanilla ice cream balls for which I used 2 cups of Rice Krispies, 1/4 cup of honey and 1 tsp. of powdered cinnamon. I guess one can add more cinnamon if these are being served only to adults. Since I will be serving these to the younger lot, I used just 1 tsp. of powdered cinnamon. This is a VERY GOOD recipe! Thank you very very much for sharing!!!
