This was a hit at a recent church function. I skipped the olives and cilantro. I used vegetarian refried beans to made the dish vegetarian. Very easy and I loved that it called for a pie plate. It made it look pretty and was far easier to transport than a platter/plate would have been.

  1. In an 8" or 9" pie plate, spread refried beans to cover bottom.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, 2 tsp cilantro, taco seasoning, and chopped black olives. Pour and spread this mixture evenly over refried beans.
  3. Next, pour on the salsa. Sprinkle with lettuce, then cheese, then 2tsp cilantro.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
