1. Exceptionally good when served as buttered toast for a breakfast of bacon, eggs, and a side of salsa. Keeping this one to the front of my bread recipes. Made for New Kids on the Block as a substitute for the Dandelion Bread I had tagged but couldn't find the flowers to make. Forgot to mention that instead of adding the water in step 2 I added a tablespoon of salsa and it worked out very well. OMG! I was writing down the recipe for my son when I realized I never put in the parsley flakes, sorry, but still darn good.

 2. This recipe is also posted in "More Electric Bread" with one difference, using fresh cilantro instead of dried parsley. I made this bread (using fresh cilantro) to go with Recipe #107281 both were very very good! I will fix this again. Thank you for posting dicentra!

 3. YUMMY EASY Who can ask for anything more? I did heat my bread pan with water and also heated the sour cream a little. The Salsa was at room temp. It made a high rise and was very moist and delicious. I have 3 bags of the dry ingredients made up so the only thing I'll have to do is the liquid and pop in the little yeast pkt I made up and added to the dry ingred. THANK YOU

 4. I liked this bread, but it didn't rise quite right. That may have been my own fault for having used fat-free sour cream. It is a nice flavor, and something a little different. Thank you for sharing!

 5. I chose this for my first-ever bread making experience. It was excellent... moist and tasty. I used the extras (2 parts salsa and 1 part sour cream) to make a dip/spread. Thank you for posting!

My rating system: (I don't like giving bad reviews, so if I don't like it, I'll just not review it.)

5 Stars OMG, this is one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten! I can't stop eating it, and I've eaten myself into a food coma.

4 Stars The recipe is wonderful as is. I can't think of a single improvement and I will most likely make it again.

3 Stars This needed a little *something*something*. I might make it again, but will add my own improvements if I do.

I love to eat! And I love to cook. I tend to take over the kitchen when I get in there. Even the dog knows the command get outta my kitchen! LOL. Cooking for other people and trying new recipes or foods is FUN! I have a small (but growing quickly!!) cookbook collection and one of my favorite things to do is to read recipes and plan meals. Rachael Ray, Horn of the Moon and Moosewood are favorites of mine.

We spend a lot of time outdoors camping, hiking and backpacking. Yup. I cook in the woods too! I've made deals with my hiking buddies... If they carry in my food, I'll cook for them. I recently published a backpacking cookbook.
