A very quick marinade to throw together that delivers big flavour.<br/>I used porterhouse steak, which came out juicy, tender and tasty. <br/>Next time, I too, like Mikekey would use a little less soy sauce and a little more lime juice, as I also thought the soy was a just a little on the strong side....<br/>Served simply with grilled asparagus, and jacket potatoes, this was given a big thumbs up from my DH.<br/>Made for PRMR.

  1. In a glass dish or large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients. Add chicken drumsticks and coat thoroughly with the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
