  1. Great seasoniing mix. I used it on chicken breasts. I cooked them under the broiler 5 minutes per side. They were delicious with this rub. I have included this rub with my new recipe for Chicken Enchiladas recipe#460479. I cut out the red pepper flakes because I can't take the heat. Made for PRMR

  2. Best Mexican seasoning I have ever used. I used smoked paprika and it was out of this world.

  3. Great as is for a rub/direct meat seasoning. For use in dishes where you want more control or that already have salty components, omit the salt as you can always add it separately to taste.

  4. Loved it!! I followed it exactly except for the salt...no salt in our diets. It was a great taste on chicken breasts. Will keep this one and use it again!

  5. If you could remove the advertisement window that is covering the ingredients list I would visit your site again. Too much ads!!!!!

Tweaks

  1. -Subbed smoked paprika for regular -Added Guadillo and Ancho chili powder for complexity -Omitted salt

  2. Great Recipe! I made one small change - instead of crushed red pepper I used guajillo powder. It's also spicy and adds just a bit more depth of Mexican flavor to the seasoning blend.

  3. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I Made this tonight (1-4-20) and I was amazed how well it turned out. I always buy packaged season mixes and was afraid to try this. I had really wanted to go to the store and buy prepackaged. But it’s cold... so My tweak was I omitted nutmeg and cinnamon. I added 2 tsp. of cumin And 2 tsp of Adobo I don’t think I’ll ever buy pre-packaged again.
