    I found this recipe in a magazine in the spring of this year. I have brought to every party/family picnic I've been to this summer and it's been a real hit. Lots of people have asked for the recipe. It's also great for vegetarians!

      This is THE BEST salsa! Its so easy and simple to throw together for any get-together. People ask me for this recipe every time I make this. It has a great texture (unlike those runny watery salsas). The jalapenos give it a nice little kick without being overly spicy, and the cilantro and lime juice adds a great little tangy flavor. MAKE THIS SALSA its awesome :)

      Great recipe!!!! I do love this type of salad, so it was right up my ally!!! Would not change a thing about this recipe.

      You are my new best friend! I'm used to cooking in a hurry for just two people and am always at a loss for potluck recipes. I just made a triple amount of this recipe for my big church potluck tomorrow and it is DELICIOUS as well as very colorful. I used green onions instead of regular onions, lots of lime juice and cilantro. (We live in New Mexico where people love cilantro.) Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. At last I can stop making excuses to avoid potlucks. This is a dish I'll be proud to bring.
