This was excellent, easy and light!
I followed you instrucion for the tortilla shells (microwave method), used chicken, red bell peppers (instead of yellow and green) and I "lollo" salad. I didn't peel tomatoes as this is not necessary for us. I'm glad I had fresh cilantro as this combined with limes gives to this dish a fresh and tasty note.

Yum, we really enjoyed this flavorful and colorful salad! I used the corn tortilla option - and you are right, the flavor was great with the dressing on it! What a nice lunch, thank you Dreamer! I reduced the onion by half. Used yellow tomato instead of red, and banana pepper instead of jalapeno. The crispy fresh tortilla bowl is perfect. Mine took longer than 5 minutes but it probably just is my oven. Definitely adding this to my Leftovers book.
