  1. Really good! I also used less oil (scant 1/4 cup)- Had with fish tacos. YUM!

  2. This was a great Mexican salad and good dressing. The avocado dressing came out very creamy and a little bland for my spice lovers so I mixed in about a cup of salsa to round out the creaminess and to up the flavor. yummo

  3. This was an easy and delicious salad. The dressing turned out to be a little thick, so next time I may use buttermilk instead of sour cream.

  4. I love this salad. I also cut the oil to 1/4 cup but otherwise made as written. It is great as a side salad or easily made as a main course with nachos on the side.

  5. Wanted a different salad to go with our Mexican themed dinner and decided to try this out, all I can say is WOW, I got so many compliments on this, the dressing was creamy and smooth with great flavors. The only thing I did different is add about 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped cilantro to the blender when mixing it. Can't thank you enough for posting this one, everyone loved it
