This is a very tasty and healthy salad. It’s a great break from a dinner salad. It can be used as a side dish or eat it as a main dish.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 medium white onion (chopped)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans (washed and drained)
  • 1 (8 ounce) packagegrated longhorn cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottleof catalina French dressing
  • 1 (9 ounce) packageof small Fritos corn chips

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together together except the Fritos and dressing.
  2. Chill for two hours.
  3. Add Fritos and dressing just before eating.
