This is a very tasty and healthy salad. It’s a great break from a dinner salad. It can be used as a side dish or eat it as a main dish.
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 medium white onion (chopped)
- 1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans (washed and drained)
- 1 (8 ounce) packagegrated longhorn cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) bottleof catalina French dressing
- 1 (9 ounce) packageof small Fritos corn chips
- Add all ingredients together together except the Fritos and dressing.
- Chill for two hours.
- Add Fritos and dressing just before eating.
