  • Add to salad with cilantro and mix.
  • Line plates with red leaf lettuce.

I live in Michigan. I work for a Plastics company as an Engineering Tech. I belong to The Dietwork Shop and have lost 100 pounds with them. I plan on posting some of the great recipes I get. I'm always looking for healthy low fat recipes. I have a pet kitty who loves to lay on my desk while I'm on the computer. She gets much bigger she won't fit.
