YUMMY! These were fairly simple to make. And I had everything right in my kitchen to make them, which is always a big plus! I did use cream instead of skim milk. The crusts were nice and flaky. I took them to a party and everyone loved them. Thanks for sharing your recipe Beach Girl. These are going in my permanent file.

Great! I served these at my Cinco de Mayo party, and they were a hit. The crust on these is made quite similarly to one called for in my great-grandmother's recipe for tiny quiches, so I made it that way (Tiny Quiches). Thanks for a keeper!

The crust was buttery and delicious! I did have to add another egg to have enough filling. There was lots of cheese which we really enjoyed! Thanks, BeachGirl!

Very good. The dough is kinda hard to work with because it is very soft but all in all these turned out very good.
