I love this potato recipe. It is quick, easy and tasty and uses several convenience foods.
- 2 lbs ore-ida hash browns
- 2 lbs Velveeta Mexican cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- chili powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with chili powder to taste.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 to 55 minutes.
