Pizza Hut use to have a great version of this but it was discontinued in the 80's, so I have come up with my own version.
- Cook chicken, cube and simmer in Ortega picante sauce.
- Roll out one can of premade Pillsbury pizza dough, bake for five minutes flip dough and bake for five minutes more. I like my crust crispy and thin.
- Remove dough from oven spread refried beans onto dough like pizza sauce. Top with chicken, onion, and cheese. Cook for ten minutes.
- Remove from oven and finish by topping with lettuce, tomatoes, more Ortega sauce, and black olives. Add sour cream if you need to.
- Slice and enjoy.
This came out well, however I only precooked for 5 minutes and didn't bother flipping over. I also used beef instead of chicken.
