Cook time for this is actually the chilling time.
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 green pepper, diced small
- 1 red pepper, diced small
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together until softened.
- Spread mixture on a plate.
- Pour Salsa on top and sprinkle chopped red and green peppers on top.
- Chill one hour and serve with taco or nacho chips.
