- 473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened
- 127.57 g can chopped green chilies, drained
- 63.78 g can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 157.80 ml chopped green onion
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- 8 8-inch flour tortillas
- salsa
directions
- In a bowl, add the first 9 ingredients; stir to combine.
- Spread 1/2 cup mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up; wrap individually in saran wrap.
- Chill for 8 hours.
- Remove saran wrap; cut each roll into 12 slices.
- Secure with wooden toothpicks.
- Serve with salsa.

These are delicious! I used a half can(4 1/2 oz) of chopped black olives in mine instead of the sliced. I thought it mixed up really well that way. -
Not to our taste. Too much cream cheese flavor drowning out everything else. However, I took the huge remainder to work and they were gobbled down in a half hour! So, I know it was good. -
So simple to make and yet tasted Soooooo good. I used pretzel sticks rather than toothpicks. Everyone loved them -
I made these for my annual Christmas Party and they were wonderful. I ran out of the mixture and had one tortilla left so I filled it with spinach dip that I had also and I liked that as well...I think any kind of filling would actually be great in them. -
I have already made this recipe three times this school year. My children are in advanced spanich classes and this recipe is always recommended when they have class parties. LOL
