I really like this. I've made it a few times (forgot to review it) and never put in the corn chips. This is an excellent substitute to regular old tacos!

  1. Cook meat and onion and drain.
  2. Stir in seasoning, water, and corn.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Using crescent rolls, form a pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan, pressing seams to form shell.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed corn chips over dough.
  6. Spoon meat mixture over chips, spread with sour cream and cover with cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
  8. Bake approximately 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust is golden.
