Excellent! I also made some changes, some from necessity and some from personal preference. I also mixed in a little cheese (mine was shredded Mexican blend) and I skipped the olives (we really don't care for them). I also completely missed the tomatoes somehow and didn't have any on hand, so I used the whole 16 oz. jar of salsa which worked nicely. I poured into a casserole dish, sprinkled with a bit more cheese, and heated through in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350. Very nice, adaptable recipe, which I'll keep and make again.

I'm sometimes hesitant to try something that hasn't been rated yet, but I did tonight. This recipe was fantastic! Granted, I made a few changes (added 1 lb ground turkey, 1 chopped green pepper, mixed in some cheddar cheese, topped it with sour cream, used frozen corn and regular noodles, skipped the olives and chiles but used hot salsa), but I can imagine it would still be delicious without those changes. Try it! You won't regret it!
