- 3⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 3⁄4 cup garlic cider vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup fresh hot green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in glass or ceramic dish. Use with chicken, beef, or pork.
Made this over the weekend and used it on chicken thighs. Baked the thighs and they came out great. Will have to try this again and do the chicken on the grill. Made for Football Pool 2011.
