  1. This is delicious and much nicer that the other Mexian layer dips I have tried. It is quick to assemble and the best thing is you don't break your corn chips in the dip. I like this recipe because it lends itself to you being creative and using what even is in the fridge. I have made this twice in the reviewing process and the second time I deseeded a red hot chilli and finely chopped it and mixed with through the avocado, lemon juice, green chili and cut back on the tomato. It was hot!!! My family liked this one. Thank you. :-)

  2. Oh my goodness, this was the hit of both parties I took it to. The dip is a lovely combination of flavors that everyone enjoyed. I made it without bacon, adding a sprinking of crushed tortilla chips for the crunch bacon provides. All in all, it was simple and easy to throw together the night before the party. Thanks!

  3. This is a great recipe. I took it to work and it was a big hit. It's better than 7 layer mexican dip because it is soft and does not break the chips.

  4. this was really good! i've had many variations of these "mexican dips" before, and this one is definately one of the best. using the fresh avacado definately added to the flavor. i definately make this again!

  5. I made this for a ladies weekend and it was a big hit. I left out the olives and used grated Tex-Mex cheese. I also used my freezer salsa # 24527 instead of taco sauce. It was super easy to make and gone in a flash!
