This was DELICIOUS!!! Used only ground beef - spicy salsa and added Taco Seasoning Mix to spice it up! Grilled this on our BBQ. Thanks Rita! :)

I didn't use the pork, cornmeal or cheddar cheese and I did use a whole can of chiles and 1 tsp oregano. The burgers were absolutely delicious and moist. Thanks!

Made as is and was this even a moist and flavorful burger!! The fresh cilantro was a great addition. I doubled the recipe and made 19 burgers using my George Foreman Grill. I'll be making this again and again!! Thanks Rita. Made for Zaar World Tour 2006

Hrm I thought I had reviewed this already... I made this months ago and remember it was very delicious and juicy. In fact, I think I'll make it this week. =)

Wonderful tasting hamburger!! We used the hot selsa and had no chilies so used a chopped fresh jalepino pepper. I also just had beef in so left out the ground pork. Served it with sliced onion and tomato and some more cheddar slices. I did have one little problem, the mix was very loose and had a little trouble keeping it together, one fell apart while cooking, but the taste was worth it!!! Thanks for sharing a good one.

Very good burgers. I made some minor changes based on what I had on hand. I used all ground beef and I used some leftover deli cheese instead of the cheddar mentioned. The only other change was using a diced jalapeno pepper instead of the canned green chilies. With all these changes I think it is still basically the same recipe which we enjoyed very much and will be making again. Thanks for sharing!
