    Absolutely delicious. For years the south ate grits while the north ate polenta, but now we know all the time the north added ingredients,the south never did. Now comes this Tex-Mex recipe from Santa Fe cafe and it is deliciosa!

      Very nice way to accompany beef fajitas and use up some of my pantry stash in the process. I used quick grits and was a little concerned with the amount of water given in this recipe because it was more than what my package said. But I went with it and it worked out fine. I drained my green chilies though I wasn't sure if I should. This was especially wonderful to mix with the juice that leaked out of my fajita. Creamy and tasty. Thanks.
