Mexican Green Sauce (Easy)
- 12 tomatillos
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium onion, chopped in large pieces
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper
- lay the cleaned tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven till done.
- let cool, then blend in blender adding salt and pepper to taste and cumin.
