  1. In a large skillet, brown together sausage, onion and green pepper.
  2. Add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings.
  3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Lots of flavor in this dish. The sausage really is an improvement over your typical hamburger and macaroni dish. And of course onions and peppers are always a winner. I was surprised the noodles cooked with so little liquid but it did fine. Good job!
