Cake
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts

Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup melted margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all of the cake ingredients together.
- Pour into a 13x9-inch pan greased with margarine.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Blend all of the frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Frost cake while hot.
