- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄3 cup peeled seeded chopped ripe tomatoes
- 1⁄4 cup chopped habanero pepper (seeded at your discretion)
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- salt, to taste
- Mix in a bowl.
- Serve freshly made.
